If you need to cater breakfast for an important business event this is it!!!! Very professional set up. Metal trays, racks and those little heat picks. The short rib burritos and croissant sandwiches were very fairly sized and delicious! Also got the pasties and fruit which was popular. Very safe to go this route if you wanted to impress!
