5 starts for Ben’s and the quality, 0 stars for the delivery experience though. Luckily Ben’s pretzel are always incredibly amazing and I don’t want to penalize them with a bad rating. The delivery was an awful experience and the driver was terrible at getting this handled. I was on the phone with him for 30 minutes to try to get him to make the delivery at the right spot.

This was a great snack option for late afternoon! The staff was happy for this treat and they said the pretzel choices were really good.

HUGE pretzels. Really a surprise for the staff. They enjoyed it. They were delicious and we had plenty of sauces at a reasonable price. Definitely going to Ben’s again….but you do need 24 hours for ordering

the bites are so good for a group and they are so generous with the dipping sauces.

Came on time and the pretzels tasted great. The dips that came with the pretzel bites were not enough for the large quantity. We ran out of sauces super quick! I would love to have a choice for larger tubs of them.
