5 starts for Ben’s and the quality, 0 stars for the delivery experience though. Luckily Ben’s pretzel are always incredibly amazing and I don’t want to penalize them with a bad rating. The delivery was an awful experience and the driver was terrible at getting this handled. I was on the phone with him for 30 minutes to try to get him to make the delivery at the right spot.
