Don't get me wrong, let's leave some points first. The food was good, a great taste expected from Benihana. But their service as restaurant was one of the worst ones. My delivery was scheduled to arrive by 11 AM, I had to wait 2 HOURS for it to be delivered. The restaurant doesn't notify you that they open at 11 AM, and for what it looks like, they start working at that time. My delivery driver had to wait those 2 hours as well, and couldn't take any more orders until this one was done. I felt very embarrassed with him because of this. It is not possible that they don't care about other people's time. I had a big event and many people were getting impatient, asking at what time it would arrive. I wouldn't order from here again for very important events; if it's something small at a later time, maybe. Big points to EZ Cater since they helped me a lot, they were very understanding, and they really provided an excellent service. Thank you!!!

The food was really good. Everything was delivered on time and was still hot when it arrived. Everyone enjoyed it.

Pretty just ok experience. Food tasted good. I got the lunch rice bowls & sushi. Veggies in the bowls was barely there. Almost none of the accompanying mushrooms and veggies were there. Lots of people called the bowls a carb bomb because it was they were largely rice and noodles. Sushi lunch option was ok, but really small. Lots of complains that it wasn't enough food with the sushi+side salad. Needs just a little more to it. Delivery was SO LATE. But the driver said that was partly her issue. Caused my lunch to be more than 30 minutes late. People were very upset. Driver tried to make up for lateness, but helping with setup, but the damage was done. Not sure I'd order again. If I do, will try different selections.
