I was disappointed that they had no record of my order. They finally found a manager that ask me for more information. When i told them we had ordered for a party of 24 he pointed to the bags that were sitting out for us. I asked if I could get some help taking them ti my car and he waved his hands and walked away. I was very disappointed with their lack of professionalism in handling this big of an order. Their food was great and reasonable as a last resort for a caterer that failed to commit to us days before the wedding ceremony. Although I love their food and would visit and dine in, I will never order from them again. I liked that they packaged everything very well and the food was still warm and tasty as it should.

Amazing food and what an amazing company! I did a mistake on my order and realized too late and somehow they still made it work and even gave us the extras for free! Everything was delicious and I love their staff!

I strongly recommend not ordering catering from this Benihana location. I placed a large order for 47 people, and they only sent enough food to feed about 20. On top of that, several items were missing, and they didn’t even include basic utensils, which made the situation even more frustrating. When I tried to call and speak with a manager, I was left on hold for 20 minutes with no resolution. I also reached out to EzCater, and even they were unable to get in touch with anyone at the restaurant. This catering order was very expensive, and the service and quality did not come close to justifying the cost. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Save yourself the time, money, and stress. Order from somewhere else.
