Delivery was supposed to be at 7am which I was notified that it was going to be late which was fine but after the new delivery time no one updated me. I had to call eZcater to see where my order was as it was 30 minutes late at this point, only to find out that I hasn't left the store. Didn't get it until right after the event was over with. Our residents still enjoyed them but the delivery was a disappointment. Luckily I was able to be refunded for half my order so there's that.
