Our order was delivered but when we picked it up from the front desk of the hospital, it was not correct. When we called the driver, they returned roughly 40 minutes later telling us it was the correct order and they gave us "extra food". The items all had names on them (we didn't provide names as our order was for a random group) and were not the same items we ordered. The driver was adament that it was correct even though the number of items didn't match (we rec'd one extra). This caused our lunch meeting to start late, which was also an inconvenience.
