We were very impressed with the catering quality; the food was incredible and the chicken salad was definitely the crowd favorite! I’m giving four stars because there were some logistical hurdles. The fruit and cheese platter was only wrapped once with plastic, which isn't quite enough for a delivery, it really needs several layers to stay intact. Additionally, the menu on Ezcater is a bit vague regarding serving sizes. When we tried to have Ezcater clarify the quantities, the business refused to provide info without a confirmed booking. It’s a bit of a "Catch-22" for the customer when you're just trying to make sure you have enough food for your group! Overall, the food is 5 stars, but the packaging and customer service/menu clarity could use some work.
