Food was great, we love BBQ + Rice! The flavors are delicious and arrives in a timely manner. However, the downside with the last order came was with the packaging; the delivery packaging needs to be reworked with larger orders. We ordered 27 bowls and they were all packaged into ONE single plastic bag that BROKE upon arrival in our parking lot/back door entrance. The handles ripped right through the plastic because it could not support the weight of the order. Several containers busted open and food fell out. However, we were luckily able to save it. We love ordering from here, but please next time, disperse them! Boxes would have been better, or even dividing the order into 2-3 bags would have been fine.
