The food was not confirmed on time by the restaurant. And then once it was confirmed, the delivery was very late. The restaurant was very nice about it and sent an extra item as well, but the timing was hard for our office.

This was my first time using ezCater for our office luncheon. I was pleased with the vast selection of restaurants. I am a fan of bb.q Chicken and was happy to see that they were an option. Our office tore that food up, left no crumbs! lol I took one star away because our delivery was 15 minutes late and tableware wasn't included. I did appreciate ezCater's response to this complaint by offering a partial refund. I will definitely order from here again for our next team lunch.
