Driver was early and helped set up. Clients enjoyed the food. We did have to provide the chafers and the items to keep food heated.

People seem to really enjoy their food as I always get good feedback. I ordered the taco bar again and, like last time, noticed that it comes with way too much salsa. They could reduce the portion size and it'd still be enough. On the flip side, the tortilla chips were a fairly small bag and there should have been more of it, considering the portion sizes on the other items.

This is a lunch favorite - build your own tacos with carnitas and chicken. Very fresh, and the chips are always a big hit.
