Items were marked as delivered at 8:50 am when delivery was set for 10:15 am. Once it was confirmed that this was an error - no updated delivery tracking was provided. Pans were full but they did not have real lids on them. Large aluminum catering pans were delivered wrapped in plastic wrap. There was a good amount of leakage from the pans.
