This is hard because the FOOD is actually stellar. We love it. But I just had 80 people very upset that their lunch was over 40 minutes late. We can practically see balducci's from our building. I can't fathom how this happened for a several THOUSAND dollar order. We will never order catering from them again- it was way too frustrating waiting for them to 1.) not contact me about the order 2.) not immediately offer something that helped to fix this situation- apparently full price is also something they're really good at 3.) show up and not have any carts or ways to bring the food in so my entire team had to do it. It's truly too bad because the food is good. But for catering? Hard pass.

My board members were so happy when they saw the offerings of the Executive Sandwich platter. The sandwiches are so filling, fresh, and flavorful. The dessert platter was amazing, and the pasta salad was great.

The staff made a point tell me how much they loved the lunch. Pastries were great. Fruition was great. Will be repeating!
