little bit of a hiccup--wonderful flexibility on delivery time but didn't receive "individually wrapped" brownies. Balducci's apologized and made it right but it seems there may be a glitch in the communication process between the EZCater order and the vendor. Balducci's indicated they did not have this info but it clearly is an option on the EZ Cater site. Rave reviews on the brownies and the very kind staff at Balducci's made it right! marking too late because while the original order was on time--it wasn't what I ordered!
