Balance was precise and on time with this order. They are consistent with their meals and orders. It is difficult to get the variety your group may require when ordering for a smaller amount of people here.

Apparently balance ran out of spring rolls and never called to tell me. Also, driver didnt check to see if the order was right. We got wontons that we did not order and were missing brussel sprouts and spring rolls. Balance did end up delivering the brussel sprouts and gave me a refund for the spring rolls. This was my first time having this happen with them. I was disappointed but the food was still good
