Coffee totes were only half full. When I called them, they sent out an additional tote, but the person who dropped that one off said that they were supposed to be only half full, as they are meant to serve 10 people. The menu says that they serve 12. They are 30 dollars each, which, for a serving size of 10, works out to $3 per cup. Individual coffees are available for $2.75 per cup. I suggest you order by the cup as it will be cheaper, although I'm sure it works out as more expensive for the restaurant, so that really seems like a poor business decision. The original delivery person, from EZ Cater, was wonderful. The delivery person from the restaurant was quite rude and acted as if she were doing me a personal favor by "driving all the way out here" and bringing me a "free" additional tote.
