I was sent a notification at 7 am that the driver was on his way and would arrive at 7:27 am. This changed to 7:43 am and then when I called the shop at 8 am to see where the driver was, I was told he ‘must’ve had a problem because he just left’. He arrived at 8:06 am, but when I complained about wasting an hour of my time waiting for him, both he and Ezcater kept referencing the 8 am drop off time ‘not late’. I would’ve appreciated better customer service. Aside from the timing fiasco, the food was tasty.

Bagel Bazaar did an excellent job with our breakfast. I love their spreads and their cream cheese!
