Ordered generously sized boxed lunches (Jerk Chicken, Beef Oxtails, Jerk Tofu, Coconut Curried Tofu). It was a hit and I'd order more oxtails next time.

The delivery person who brought our lunch does not speak English, which has made communication somewhat difficult.

Generally, food is good and fresh but the delivery was 15 minutes late.

I have no qualms against the vendor itself, more the driver. Driver arrived at the front of the campus and sat did not contact me when he arrived. Food was already 30 minutes late. by 12:30pm the driver went to the other side of the campus and parked in a different area on campus and said it was delivered. I was on call with customer support and was then informed that the food was returned to the restaurant. Was very disappointed in how the driver dealt with this. Customer support was very helpful and issued a full refund.

Back-A-Yard is good comfort food. The chicken always goes so fast.
