We enjoy ordering these cupcakes—they have a nice flavor, and we appreciate having them as an option on EZCater since there aren’t many cupcake choices available. A few cupcakes have been a bit on the dry side, and they do run quite small, even compared to what you’d find at a grocery store. They also come with a generous amount of icing, which is usually white with a few sprinkles for color. It would be wonderful to see slightly larger, more visually exciting cupcakes at this price point, but we’re glad to have them as a reliable option.

I placed an order for 3 dozen cupcakes and 2 trays of cookies, but only one tray of cookies was delivered and zero cupcakes—and unfortunately, the cookies were very overcooked. I’ve ordered many times before and have never experienced an issue, which made this especially disappointing given the events we had planned. We didn’t have time to place an order elsewhere, so we truly depend on the caterers to get the order correct.
