First experience with Austin Salad Company where salad dressing was not included. The delivery driver also did not set up the lunch and was going to leave the food in the lobby of the doctor's office instead of taking it back to the break room, which was unusual. Reached out to EZ Cater through the app and text feature and while they were not able to immediately have the dressing delivered (lunch was only one hour long), they did credit me for the missing dressing and were lovely to work with.
