At 11:45, text message, food on its way, great, the restaurant is 10 min from delivery location. Noon, no food, I messaged EZ cater, they said they would check. I received a call from restaurant, said there was construction, driver would arrive 5 to 10 min. 12:10, text that the food had been delivered, it had not! After 15 minutes, I tried to contact the restaurant, no answer. EZ cater tried to contact them, no response. Food finally delivered at 12:25. One of the dishes had a fly, trapped inside the container! Altogether one of the worst lunch experiences I’ve had in a long time. EZ cater’s response has been disappointing. They originally told me they were just going to refund the one tainted dish, then after I asked what else, they said they would refund the delivery charge as well. Very disappointing, everyone knew the food was not prepared in the cleanest conditions because of the fly and it reduced the already short time that I had to meet with my customers.
