The food is great, but the assembly is extremely tedious and the packaging is exhausting. I ordered four catering boxes and had to remove close to 50 plastic lids, plus plastic servingware for every container. Delicious food but perhaps too much work for a catered event.

The crew loved this! The only thing we would like more of is the pockets, there was way more meat and toppings than the pockets. We did the buffet style.
