Food was delicious and delivered right on time

I originally placed the order for Wed delivery. Office asked to change lunch to the following week. I called ezcater and changed the date. Office immediately called back and said they wanted to keep it for the original Wed. I was able to change the date back on the app. I got a confirmation that the restaurant accepted the change. I got a confirmation text for delivery on Wednesday morning. However, the restaurant did not arrive with food on Wednesday. It took 30 min to figure out what was going on, but the restaurant said they didn’t realize I had changed the date back (even though I got confirmation they accepted it and the text the morning of the lunch). Restaurant said they could not bring food. Ezcater would not help with another restaurant. I spent the entire lunch hour dealing with this and going to get pizza. Office missed their lunch, I missed my opportunity to have a business discussion. I would never take a chance on this restaurant again. It was a disaster.
