I think this is the first time that I have truly had an issue with a location not delivering on time. Our time of delivery was 12pm, I called at 12:30 asking for an update and was placed on hold then hung up on, called back because I was worried that the driver was lost. But they told me they contacted the driver and he was on the way, but now it's 1245 and my team still has no lunch for a 12pm lunch meeting. I will not use them again. My team said that pizza was warm.
