This was the worst experience. Driver never called to tell me food arrived nor did I get any tracking notification. He dropped in a hidden corner & ran. I thought order was late because it couldn't be found. I chatted with customer service. Was told traffic - 10 mins late. Called again was told 20 mins late, called a 3rd time now at 12:35 (delivery was scheduled for 11:45) & was told it was delivered at original time. Food was ice cold. Whoever was responsible for this delivery should be fired. Also not happy with the misinformation provided by Ezcater customer service :(
