Everything in order was correct, hot, and delicious. The delivery was on time and the driver was very friendly and professional

We a had a couple of hiccups with this order today. The delivery was a few minutes late, due to the order not being ready. It was communicated that the restaurant was unaware of the order, even though it was reconfirmed this morning. When the delivery did arrive, it was missing the desserts and one pizza. I contacted EZ cater who reached out to the restaurant manager, and they were able to send another delivery person to provide us with the remainder of our order. Everything ended up getting to us, and the level of professionalism handling the issue from both parties was greatly appreciated. Things happen, and in the end, we were well taken care of!
