Anna's called to tell me they would be about ten minutes late, but after 20 minutes when I called back, they couldn't get in touch with the driver. The driver finally called me 45 MINUTES late (1/2 hour into my presentation to ask if I had a cart ot help him into the building. EZ cater credited my delivery charge, but did not make up for the disaster.

Everyone loved the food! Only issue is that the food was 20 minutes late and for a work meeting this was not ideal.
