Our order arrived 25 minutes later than scheduled. After it was late 14 minutes, we contacted ezCater via live chat, and Jasmin quickly called the restaurant to check the status. She confirmed the driver had just left, and the order arrived 11 minutes later. They offered a 10% discount as compensation. We’ve ordered from this restaurant before and it’s the first time that they came late.

The delivery was late. I called the restaurant and they told me they would be on time. I called EZ Cater and they told me the restaurant continuously hung up on them when trying to get an ETA.
