We recently placed a catering order with Angel City Taco Catering for an office lunch of 110 people, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The food portions were significantly inadequate for the number of guests. Based on our extensive experience ordering catering for large office events, the amount delivered would have realistically served only 50 to 60 people at best, leaving many attendees without enough food. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability after we raised our concerns. Even with EZCater's involvement and support, the restaurant pushed back on the feedback, did not acknowledge the issue, offered no apology, and made no attempt to remedy the situation. Catering for large groups requires accurate portion planning and responsive customer service when problems arise. Unfortunately, Angel City Taco Catering fell short on both. We would not order from them again and cannot recommend them for office catering or large events.
