was a bit of a mess set up wise. I had to redo the entire layout-- was tossed about. Not sure what I tipped extra for. Not sure will use again. Sides were great but portions for meat were NOT going to feed the 22 I paid for.....was not there for delivery so not sure about timing below nor can I speak to level of professionalism-
