1- food arrived 20 mins late. 12:20 2- he asked me to change the delivery time for future orders to 12:30 because he couldn’t get anywhere by 12:00 why b/c the rice takes time to cook 3- I told him to wake up earlier and get it all done if he wants the business … and if NOT just don’t accept the order !! 4- he apologize ! The PROBLEM is he came into the office immediately asking them to change their lunch time to accommodate him! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! 5. EZ CATER — you failed to discount my bill for him showing up late !
