We ordered a large meal for dinner for our team including smash burgers. What was delivered was Patty melts, including rye bread and a completely different sauce. When we called to ask for a replacement, we were told that their smashburgers are just Patty melts, including the incorrect labeling. Completely dismissed the on their menu, they have patty melts. They refuse to offer us a refund or any change. The food tasted fine and was delivered on time, but we would never order again because of the tiny portions and terrible customer service.

The sandwiches are always so good from Alter. I especially love that they have vegan choices.
