I was informed by the office manager (including pictures to verify) that they were served under-cooked/ what appears to be raw chicken. As a first impression with very large potential business partner, this was beyond unfortunate and we will have to work that much harder to continue to gain their trust and respect. As such, we will never be ordering from Alliance Catering again.

HIS VENDOR WAS REQUESTED. SECOND TIME USING THIS VENDOR FOR EARLY MORNING BREAKFAST TACOS. GREAT TACOS AND DELIVERED HOT AND FRESH

The tacos weren't as good as the first time we Ordered from this catering place. The bacon had so much pepper on that it was hard to eat. I was told that the Chorizo had a different taste. The first time we ordered from Alliance everyone loved it. Second time was ok.

We ordered Breakfast tacos and fruit. Everyone loved the tacos and the salsa too. We will order again from you!

First time trying this cater and was very pleased to know they delivered so early in morning for a staff meeting. Delicious, fresh and traveled well. We will be ordering again from this cater.
