Food itself was great and well packaged, but meal came 10 minutes late and caused a delay for dinner

Food was delicious. Delivery needs to improve and my negative review is based solely on the delivery aspect. Delivery was 15 minutes late. I requested on the order for the delivery person to meet me in the lobby. They called and said they were there but they were not since I was standing in the lobby waiting for them. It turns out after I searched around the premises that they were sitting in their car in the parking lot. If you have an important meeting that needs to start on time, take all of this into consideration, and give yourself a lot of extra time.

This was our first time ordering from Akita and everyone enjoyed the lunch very much.

Did not separate vegetarian rolls from the rest of the order and had fish touching vegetarian pieces. They had to remake it which I appreciated but we had to wait an hour for the vegetarian folks to be able to eat

Great sushi! They used to put it on pretty platters with flowers but this order they just brought it in aluminum pans which was a little disappointing... not sure what happened! But great sushi for a great price.
