The food was on time and very good - I expected meat lasagne to have meat sauce in the lasagne but having cheese lasagne with meat sauce to pour over it did the trick (plus in hindsight, it would've given non meat lovers more options) - they could take the lasagne and hold the meat sauce. The Caesar Salad was perfect - nice and fresh, plenty of cheese and the dressing was ample. Our only issue was that the promised plates/utensils/paper that was supposed to be provided was not and it wasn't until we got to our host location that we discovered that. It made for scrambling at the last minute to get plates and utensils that our hosts were not expecting to provide. That was an embarrassing disappointment on our part.
