Did not recieve ice as usual. Food quality is always great. They should reduce the minimum requirement for deliver to at least 100 since delivery fee is 35

Thie food was very good; however, there were no plates, forks or plastic ware delivered with the order. I specifically requested these items because this has happened in the past (forget or didn't deliver).
