Not the best experience this time with Ace Catering. When I called to confirm, I got the runaround and told that they had other orders they were actively cooking with higher priority and they would call back later. (NIPSCO) Poor customer service was the theme because I was then called and told I needed to spend an additional twenty dollars for stenos when I already had those checked off in EZ Cater. The excuse I was given was that when ordering online “sometimes it’s unclear”. We were missing our green beans and the food that we were provided was much lower quality than last year. The Mac and cheese tasted like they used milk by-product instead of actual cheddar and milk, the beef tasted of mostly onion and it wasn’t braised as requested, and the yams were severely lacking in flavor. Very disappointing. Won’t be doing Ace again.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED IT. OMG THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. TOP NOTCH, ARRIVED HOT, AND READY TO SERVE. MY TEAM WERE TOO EXCITED AND IMPRESSED. I SAVED THIS RESTAURANT AS A FAVORITE. I DEFINITELY WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN. I HAD SEVERAL EMPLOYEES ASKED ABOUT THE FOOD AND RESTAURANT. (I deliberately typed in all caps to make a point). Thank you Ace Catering!!!!
