They were unable to deliver all of the food that was ordered and told the delivery driver that they would refund the missing item yet no refund was issued. The small dessert was in a container that was far too large resulting in a poor presentation and far too many crumbs. Delivery driver was fine but also nervous as they new that 4Rivers messed this up making them look bad. Also, the "Free Tableware" was not delivered leaving to scramble for a solution or eat with our fingures.

Food was great and plentiful however 4 Rivers did not provide any serving tools. This makes it very difficult when order in an office.
