Last night's experience was a horrific one, and the response of 4 Rivers made it even worse. To have forgotten over half of our meal including three of the meats, all drinks and the dressings, and then refuse to deliver it due to lack of drivers, was completely unacceptable. Our staff Christmas party was impacted in a negative way by your business, and future orders with you for this week have now been cancelled.

Great service overall. We increased our order from 18 to 23 people at the last minute — literally at 9:00 AM for an 11:15 AM delivery, which ended up arriving early at 10:45 AM.
