Over an HOUR late for a lunch delivery. It was an order of 70-80 meals and that obviously was too much for them. Lunch was scheduled for 12pm, I ordered delivery for 11:30am just in case they were late. Lunch did not arrive and get all setup until 12:45pm. They did not follow the clearly written delivery instructions and delivered to the wrong side of the building, which added to the delay. I was unbelievably stressed and folks who only had a 1 hour window to eat were very disappointed as this was a team bonding event. The food was great and everyone loved it (which is why I gave two stars), but I won't be able to order from them again as I cannot trust that they will arrive on time.

Food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Everything we ordered was incredible- the paninis, gyros, bowls, salads- wow! Love the variety of the menu- great for a large group and my 20 customers raved about it all too! Thank you 365!

Excellent customer service - left nice note when they made special order for our Veggie VP. Great Tuna panini!!

Arrived early arrived at 11 for an 11:30 delivery. The staff enjoyed the food and plenty of food
