Honestly I’d give 2 stars if based on this one situation. They were 45 min late, missing plates, not enough silverware, tea was sour and not enough of the sides. BUT their ribs are incredible. Maybe they just had a rough morning with this order.

First time ordering and our food was very good. Our employees all seemed to enjoy the meal. Their Ranch-based homemade dressing is delicious!! I wish they would bottle it and market it to grocery stores.
