The delivery driver was extremely unprofessional and rude to both our front desk coordinator and me. He handled the delivery carelessly, placing the food on the counter abruptly and tossing the chips and a plate aside. He also made inappropriate comments about not being paid for this! This behavior was unacceptable. If we choose to order from this vendor again, this individual should not be assigned to our deliveries. We would also appreciate speaking with a manager regarding this experience. Based on this interaction, we would not recommend this service. As of 2/26 we have yet to hear anything from them. Never again. I would give no stars if possible.

Our group loved the food and the portions were great. Everything arrived on time, hot, and organized. Everything was 10/10!

The food was delivered on time, hot, and delicious. We appreciated the good labeling from the caterer and the portion size. The roasted chicken and salmon meals were the MVPs of the luncheon. The driver was unfortunately impatient with our team, called me several times even after letting him know we were on the way down to the parking deck, and seemed in a hurry to put the food in our arms and leave, even after we let him know we didn't need the set up and would meet him downstairs.
