Lunch was great from King Falafel, The order was on time!

King Falafel

The food arrived on time, was tasty, and the delivery driver was kind and professional. EZcater made the process simple, but the pricing experience was disappointing. A week after placing the order, they increased the prices on several items—not once, but twice—without explanation. I was getting chased down all day via emails and phone calls from EZcater reps asking for approval. Even after agreeing to the first upcharge at 4pm on the phone, they called again later that night 9pm with another increase. On top of that, the tip kept rising as well. While the delivery driver deserved it, the repeated upcharges with no clear reasoning left a sour taste. It's not about the money, it's about the service. I gladly would have understood. It would be much better if they provided accurate pricing upfront to avoid that kind of hassle.

Everybody at my office loved the food from Bread n wine, will order again

Bread N Wine

My colleagues liked the idea of burgers, fries and onion rings for lunch but many of the beef burgers were barely cooked (quite rare and pink). I was not given the option, so assumed the burgers would be cooked well-done. Also expected the burgers, fries, onion rings to delivered in trays as I did not request individual packaging. Some of the specialty burgers I ordered were either not labeled or not made (Bliss, Tex-Mex). The only boxes that were marked were the ones with chicken, salmon, turkey. All of the other boxes were blank, so we had to assume they were all regular beef burgers. They loved the salad.

Rowdy Rooster

The food was good, it just was soggy a bit. There was no sauce with anything. And they technically got my order wrong because I asked for the mushroom sliders. The mushrooms were so good that it almost makes up for it.
