Frequently asked questions
Points are added to your balance when orders are completed. You must log in and place an order at least once a year to keep your points alive. Points earned from Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers.
You only earn Rewards on orders originated at www.ezcater.com or via the ezCater mobile app. If your order starts from anywhere else, like a caterer's website or Facebook page, it may not be eligible for Rewards.
