The good: The food was amazing. Everything was delicious.
The could have been better: I did have to reheat the warm food as it had cooled off during transport, which was not ideal.
The bad: I requested setup service and the driver refused to even come in my house because I have cats. She was nice and friendly enough, but being handed a stack of poorly balanced trays in my driveway was not what I had anticipated. I had not accounted for the additional setup time on my end in my planning, either, so it made for a stressful start to the evening. I wanted the event catered to avoid that stress...
For the flavor of the food I would give 5 stars, but for the customer service 3.5-4.
