Compliments to the Chef! I am not someone who normally enjoys Mediterranean food, especially catered. And i have food catered all over the country all year long. So, when i say this is the best Mediterranean food i have ever had, just know that it comes from a well-traveled individual. Finally! You can genuinely tell that someone prepared our meal with love and care as all meals should be. Lamb Shanks were phenomenal, so tender the meat just fell off the bone. The pan-fried potatoes were fun and packed with flavor, the chicken kebab (served deconstructed) was exceptional, and they had thin pita at the bottom soaking up all the juices (omg), salads were great, all of it. 11/10 If someone put this food in front of me again, I'd clean the plate every time. Bravo.
