First time I tried this caterer and was not impressed with a few items but, the owner called me personally, not just to find out what happened but to genuinely apologize for falling short and made sure he made it right! For that, I am extremely impressed! Because everyone can have off days, but to own up to it can be rare. I will definitely try again!

The sandwiches were well labeled and tasted fresh. I was disappointed with the mac &cheese was not as good as the previous times I ordered it. The melted cheese was looked very artificial, like Velveeta. Many of the attendees in my meeting thought the same and did not opt for it.
