About Wally’s Southern Style BBQ Catering

We slow cook our BBQ to perfection in our smoker. Our meat is perfectly complimented by hickory smoke and our house dry rub. Try our baby back ribs and pair it with pulled pork, mac & cheese, and hush puppies.
