The Creamery is intended to communicate to our students about the principles of dairy production, food science & safety, environmentally sound agriculture, business management, and most importantly, how we can sustain agriculture by incorporating all of these principles into a modern dairy farm. All of these lessons have an amazing by-product--delicious food!
