About Rudy's Smokehouse Catering

True barbecue has 4 ingredients: quality meats, low temperatures, wood-burning, and plenty of patience. That’s exactly what we do here, and that’s why we’re more than you’re average pork & beef joint. Our meats are hickory-smoked to make them tender and juicy like good BBQ should be, and our sides are made fresh in-house daily. Try our full slab of ribs with some fresh-from-the-oven cornbread and homemade collard greens. Your guests will thank you.
