Be sure to add the Equipment & Set-Up Service if you'll need it (from the Extended Services category). The set-up service includes all disposable pans, racks, and sternos needed to keep the food warm. Please note that If the set-up service is not requested the catering bar will be dropped off without the items mentioned above.
