Mr. Sikhender Lal Kumar founded many Indian restaurants in New Delhi, India, and Columbus, Ohio in 1970. He left his legacy to his only daughter Sunita Malhotra, who has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years and has showcased Indian food from several regions of India like Punjab, Kerala, Hyderabad, and Calcutta.
