About Marioli Catering
On ezCater.com since May 4th, 2016.
Chef and founder Mariana Oliver was raised in Mexico City. From an early age, she was eager to cook. Travel gave her exposure to cooking traditions around the world, and a course at the Cordon Bleu in Mexico City refined her skills. Now, she brings her knowledge and techniques to San Antonio with savory croissants, deli sandwiches, and hot entrees from around the world.
