In 1987, we had a dream to bring an affordable restaurant serving authentic and flavor-packed Mexican food to Georgia. Our focus would be food, not gimmicks. It's that food that has gotten us to where we are today; now with four locations, we are proud to be considered "the best Mexican restaurant" in Georgia. A "cazuela" is a clay cooking bowl with a small handle on each side -- in our culture, you immediately associate it with food that has been prepared with care.
